Our daily rate includes the cost of the resident's room,
three meals daily, snacks, nursing care, and all personal services.

We are concerned about the cost of nursing home care. The Floridean has made an effort to provide the best care at affordable rates. As an independent nursing center, our owners and staff work together to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Based upon the latest information available from the Florida Health Care Cost Containment Board, The Floridean's daily rates are 20% less than the average Dade County nursing home.
